The local dialect word garbèl conveys the appealing impression of crispness and pleasurable delicacy. Our Garbèl stands out for its dry, clean finish and its natural, delicious appeal on the palate. It is ideal as a sipping wine, but enjoy it as well paired with dishes on the delicate side.
Tasting notes
The wine is pale gold in color. Flat mousse with fine and persistent bubbles. Ample intensity in the nose with fresh fruit notes of yellow apple, peach, wisteria (glicine) and acacia flowers. On the palate rich and intense notes of fruits, consistent and ample, soft and fresh. Good wine weight and long finish, the notes on the palate are consistent with the nose. Armonius and elegant.
