The Wine
A Rive di Guia Prosecco Superiore emblematic of the excellence of Bisol's production.
It takes its name from someone who dedicated his entire life to this land, Aurelio Bisol known affectionately as "Relio".
The Terroir
In honor to Aurelio we have chosen grapes from our finest vineyards, steep rows of vines where only the skill and tenacity of heroic viticulture is able to bear the fatigue of "working" by hand". The fresh soils endow the grapes with unmistakable acidity which, together with a healthy dose of minerality, make this Prosecco Superiore a masterpiece of balance and freshness.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color, with gentle green highlights, embelished by a fine, rich and persistent perlage.
Intense and austere. Glera's typical fruity and floral notes elegantly blend with the acidity and the mineral nuances of a wine that enhances the heroic nature of the soils from which it takes root.
The balance between sapidity and acidity gives finese to the sip. A pleasant freshness persists in the mouth.

Serving Temperature:
Prosecco Superiore is best enjoyed at a temperature between 6 and 8 degress celsius (42 to 47 F). One way to achive this is place the bottle in a bucket filled half way with water and ice. As the wine gently warms the glass, it "opens up" to reveal its aromatic qualities.
