The Vineyard: Arpaise
Viticulture and winemaking are reasons for knowledge and experimentation, in this regard Petilia enjoys growing small batches of native grapes on extreme soils, an example is the half hectare of Falanghina doc Irpinia planted on lapillus and pumice stone in Altavilla alla cda Carbocisi, or the Sannio DOC in Arpaise for about two hectares.
